I had the pleasure of working closely with Olivier at Humanolab. What I appreciated most about Olivier was his ability to understand how every part of the business worked and turn that knowledge into better technology. He worked closely with me as a cofounder, our opps, coaching and medical, customer success, operations, and product teams, helping train people, automate processes, and translate the expertise of each team into product.

During his time with us, he helped us automate a very high-touch onboarding process, get lab scheduling close to 100%, significantly improve protocol adherence, and reduce our average bug-resolution time from weeks to just a couple of days.

Beyond the numbers, Olivier is simply a great person to work with: proactive, reliable, curious, and always willing to jump into whatever problem needed to be solved. He helped us move much faster as a company and left a real impact on both our product and our team.

Olivier was a visiting student in my UI Design course and easily one of the strongest students I’ve had in this course over the years. He came in with a solid grasp of the material and consistently looked to deepen his understanding. His questions were always sharp and on-point, and he had a knack for noticing gaps or contradictions. For the course project, he and his team redesigned the Canvas interface. They iterated through multiple prototypes, conducted usability testing, and incorporated feedback from potential users to improve the design. His work reflected a solid, hands-on understanding of human-centered design.

It’s been a real pleasure to work with Olivier. I came to know him as a hardworking young professional that is really eager to make a difference. He joined our Product Team as a Business Analist and I was his Product Owner. Olivier also performed as an Information Analist when needed to. He strives for perfection and is comfortable in picking up open and complex topics proactively and timely. Olivier is also very good in documenting his tracks, also ensuring the quality of his delivery. During his assignment Olivier never backed down to share new ideas with the team on how he thought we can further improve the product.

Olivier was one of our early interns at buildupcamp.com, he brought a lot of energy to the team, and great ideas, he helped us a lot back then with customer interviews with a new product we were validating.

Olivier and I got to know each other through the Boston UXPA chapter, and together we ended up hosting a session during the 2025 conference. I'm impressed by the amount of experience he has acquired in a relatively short amount of time and he taught me a lot while we were researching AI-related material for our presentation. Olivier is one of the most ambitious and driven people I've met and I have no doubt he'll be a valuable asset to any team.

At KLM, I worked with Olivier and was immediately impressed by his eagerness to learn and proactive attitude. He was doing a great job in navigating and preparing the business for changes. His unique talent for boosting morale, evident in his spontaneous event organization and thoughtful 'thank you' cards for departing colleagues, really sets him apart.
